Donna Knerr is the Operations Manager at Heartland Workforce Solutions, joining the team in 2012. She is responsible for building operations, accounting responsibilities, and being a liaison to the board. Donna is honored to be a part of an amazing team and to have the opportunity to be creative and think outside of the box to help those she serves.
As a military wife, she has held positions in a variety of jobs from Maine to California, which has helped give her experience and learn from many different people. She understands that culture and language are an important part of people’s identities, and everyone wants to feel included in their uniqueness.
In her free time, Donna likes to ride jet skis, bake, read and spend time with her grandchildren.
