Wage Reimbursement
Heartland Workforce Solutions offers wage reimbursement opportunities to help employers reduce the cost of hiring and training new employees. Through programs like On-the-Job Training, eligible businesses may receive partial wage reimbursement while new workers gain the skills needed to succeed. This support helps strengthen your workforce and lowers hiring risk.

Registered Apprenticeships help employers build a highly skilled workforce through a combination of hands-on training and classroom instruction. Apprentices earn nationally recognized credentials while developing strong problem-solving, teamwork, and technical skills.
