More than Just an American Job Center, HWS partners with over a dozen community partners to be a one stop location of assistance.

Heartland Workforce Solutions (HWS) is a non-profit organization in Nebraska. We help people in the Greater Omaha area find jobs and improve their skills. We run the American Job Center and programs for adults, dislocated workers, and youth.

With funds from the Omaha American Rescue Plan Act Community Grant Program, we are opening a new American Job Center in South Omaha. It will provide services in different languages and offer space for training, career fairs, and other events.

Both of our locations host many community partner organizations that help with workforce development. We currently have over a dozen co-located community partners.
