My name is Ronda Newman, and it has been my privilege to serve my community for the last 30+ years. My passion for service began when working with children and families at Health and Human Service many years ago, and it has only grown over the course of my career. I have witnessed the struggles that people in our community face as a result of systemic barriers, and I have devoted my career to working to eliminate those barriers so that everyone has the opportunity to thrive. I am excited to begin a new opportunity to serve at Heartland Workforce Solutions as the Manager of Solutions Integration, and I look forward to working with community partners to create employment and career pathways.
