Nicole is the 75 North Career Readiness Coordinator for Heartland Workforce Solutions and the 75 North Highlander neighborhood. She splits her time between both organizations helping the community connect with resources and opportunities that can lead to stable employment.  From working various customer service jobs throughout the years, Nicole values the differences of people, places, cultures and backgrounds, and believes that that is what makes a community unique, therefore all should be respected and welcome. She takes pride in understanding a persons point of view and seeking out a solution to a problem and seeing it through to the end.

Nicole received her Bachelors in Communication Studies with a minor in History from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. With technology ever changing and enhancing our way of life and communication, the art of interacting with another person or group of people can be lost along the way. Through learning about topics such as public speaking, conflict resolution, intercultural communication, and gender communication, Nicole understands the importance and value of that in-person connection and strives to make everyone feel heard.

In her free time she enjoys being active, spending time outdoors, practicing her DJ skills, and exploring the historic and hidden parts of Omaha and cities throughout the US.
