  provide short-term breaks for unpaid family caregivers who are caring for
  a loved one with a disability\, chronic health condition\, or limitations
  due to aging.  We support all ages and every county in Nebraska.  These
  positions offer flexible hours - providers are hired by families based on
  need - and hourly rates are negotiable between the family and the provide
 r.  No medical experience is needed\, no formal education (including a hi
 gh school diploma/GED) is required and anyone as young as 14 can become a
